We run a robust Intellectual Law practice that spans both local and international jurisdiction. We represent clients in patent applications, registrations of industrial designs, utility models, trademarks and copyrights in Kenya and internationally, through the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) as well as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

We represent various artists and creative content creators by acting as liaison with various governmental agencies such as the Music Copyright Socirty of Kenya (MCSK), the Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) and the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI) in securing the rights of artists and creatives. We have been successful in litigating various infringements of copyright and trademark at the High Court of Kenya as well as the Kenya Court of Appeal.
